The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission continued its recent flurry of whistleblower awards Wednesday when it issued awards of about $13 million and $10 million to two whistleblowers whose information and assistance, it said, led to successful SEC and related actions.

The SEC said in its statement that the substantial information provided to the SEC and another federal agency included submitting information and documents, participating in interviews, and identifying key individuals who engaged in the misconduct at issue.

The SEC does not identify either the whistleblowers or the companies involved.

Last month, the agency issued about $57 million to seven whistleblowers.
