The number of older New Yorkers lacking health insurance rising

The number of New Yorkers between age 50 and 64 who are uninsured has risen since the start of COVID-19 pandemic, Spectrum News reports.   Many of those uninsured, though, could have gotten lower-cost coverage in the New York State health program but have not done so.
