City accused of stripping adult club’s reopening plans

A Michigan city is being accused of stripping an adult entertainment club’s plans for reopening, says online news site MLive.com.
Déjà vu Showgirls strip club filed a lawsuit against the City of Ypsilanti, Michigan, laying bare its claims that the city ignored its requests for permits to build a new building after a fire burned down the previous club.
The city declined to comment on the litigation but said the suit’s allegations are without merit.
