Allianz unit names North America regional head of property

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE has named Jenise Klein as North America regional head of property, replacing Jill Knecht who has left the company.
Based in New York, Ms. Klein will report to Bill Scaldaferri, president and CEO, AGCS North America.
Ms. Klein, who joined Allianz in 2015, was previously senior underwriting product head on the North American property team, AGCS, part of Allianz SE, said in a statement Wednesday.
Prior to that she worked in the insurance-linked securities space within ART Capital Solutions, where she managed a large corporate property program and structured reinsurance for property portfolios in North America.
Before joining Allianz, Ms. Klein spent almost nine years with Zurich Insurance Co. where she served in various roles, including as a casualty underwriter.
