Top EU court upholds partial ban on Bayer pesticides

The European Court of Justice has upheld the partial ban on the use of three insecticides in Europe, including those offered by German group Bayer AG’s Crop Science division, citing damages caused to the bee colonies, Krishi Jagran reported. The court has also ordered Bayer to pay its own expenses as well as those of other parties.
