Aon’s revenue up 10%, driven by reinsurance business

U.K.-based insurance broker Aon PLC’s overall revenue increased 10% year-on-year to $3.5 billion in the first quarter, driven by its Reinsurance Solutions segment’s organic revenue growth, Reinsurance News reported. The broker’s total net income grew 16% to $913 million.
