Arch Capital’s net income rose 220%

Bermudian insurer Arch Capital Group Ltd.’s net income rose nearly 220% year-on-year to $427.8 million in the first quarter, The Royal Gazette reported. The insurer’s combined ratio improved to 90.7% from 91.5%.
