State adds vaccine passport ban to health insurance bill

North Dakota lawmakers on Tuesday introduced a measure banning COVID-19 vaccine passports in the state, with exceptions for health care providers and airports, KFYR reported. The amendment was added to a measure requiring a state study of health insurance market reforms.
