Beazley to launch cyber insurance for German SMEs

U.K.-based insurer Beazley PLC is launching Beazley Breach Response and InfoSec cyber insurance policies for small and medium-sized businesses in Germany, CIR Magazine reported. The cyber policies offer breach response services, first-party coverage for business interruption, cyber extortion, costs for data recovery and legal and forensic services as well as eCrime for fraudulent instruction, funds transfer and telephone fraud, and third-party cover for claims resulting from a cyber breach.
