Liberty Mutual appoints SVP of comp claims

Liberty Mutual Holding Co. Inc. has appointed Virna Rhodes to lead its workers compensation claims organization as senior vice president of workers compensation claims, the Boston-based insurer announced Thursday.
Ms. Rhodes, who has been with the company since 2013, previously held the position of vice president, global risk solutions. She is taking over for Wesley Hyatt, who was recently appointed chief client officer, global risk solutions.
In 2020, Ms. Rhodes was named a Business Insurance Woman to Watch.
She will remain based in Marlton, New Jersey.
