Allianz Re’s CEO to step down after nine years

Amer Ahmed, the chief executive of Allianz SE’s reinsurance arm, is set to quit at the end of April after serving as Allianz SE Reinsurance’s CEO since 2012, Artemis reported. Currently, Mr. Tewes-Kampelmann is the chief financial officer and managing director of Allianz Resolution Management at Allianz Re.
