A report reveals that critical illness and hospital indemnity are two of the most popular voluntary benefits that employees are taking up amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Employee Benefit Adviser reported. According to Benefitfocus.com, Inc. report, employers have also started to offer more medical plan options like preferred provider organization and high-deductible health plans, alongside some voluntary ancillary benefits.
