Marsh names digital, D&O leaders to replace departing exec

Marsh LLC on Friday named Jacqueline Quintal and Matthew McLellan to leadership positions in its financial institutions and directors and officers liability business, taking over roles previously held by Sarah Downey, who has left the brokerage.
Ms. Quintal, a New York-based managing director with Marsh’s U.S. financial institutions practice, was named to the additional role of U.S. digital asset leader. Her responsibilities will include servicing companies working with digital and blockchain technologies, a Marsh statement said.
Mr. McLellan was named U.S. D&O product liability leader. Previously, he was a Washington-based FINPRO senior client advisor at Marsh.
Ms. Downey, a Marsh managing director who was previously U.S. D&O product liability leader and helped lead the digital asset business, joined the brokerage from a law firm in 2014. Ms. Downey is joining Lockton Cos. LLC.
