Former Ikea France bosses on trial for spying on staff

Furniture company Ikea Group Corp.’s French unit and 15 former executives, including former chief executive Stefan Vanoverbeke, are on trial 22 after two unions filed complaints about management spying on staff and customers, BBC reported. The allegations were first highlighted in 2012 and Ikea has fired four executives. However, Ikea still faces a fine of up to €3.75 million ($4.5 million).
