Alliant snags former Willis Towers Watson leader

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. on Tuesday named former Willis Towers Watson PLC executive Alexandra Littlejohn to lead best practices and expand insurance market relationships for its specialty division.
Walnut Creek, California-based Ms. Littlejohn will specialize in insurance placements for Alliant clients in the public entity, real estate and hospitality, construction and infrastructure, and technology sectors, an Alliant statement said.
Prior to joining Alliant, Ms. Littlejohn was a managing director and corporate risk and broking-West Coast leader for Willis Towers Watson. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in 2012, she spent 21 years at Marsh Inc., among other positions.
Alliant is the 10th largest brokerage of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s latest ranking.
