New bill would change way for PBMs to bid for state contracts

A group of Colorado lawmakers on March 17 introduced bill that would create a reverse auction process for pharmacy benefit managers to compete for state contracts, Denver7 reported. The lawmakers are also expediting a bill to expand a program that would allow the state to import some of the expensive medications from other countries.
