Rich, urban Americans used telehealth more than rural folk

The research, which analyzed more than six million insurance claims from employer-based plans in 2019 and 2020, found urbanites had around 50 telehealth visits per 10,000 people as opposed to 31 visits per 10,000 people in rural areas.
