Mental health support improves work performance: Study

A study found 98% of chief executive officers and 95% of employees said that mental health support has improved their workplace performance, The Business Journals reports. According to the survey, nearly nine in 10 employees said that their employers have extended mental health benefits and nearly half of the respondents said they have sought online counseling and started using virtual mental apps for help in 2021.
