Vodafone backs employees going through menopause

Vodafone Group Plc has announced a global initiative in support of employees who are going through menopause and provides them awareness training and assistance during their experience, Employee Benefits reports. Employees experiencing menopause will be able to access sick leave and medical treatment, and also choose flexible working options and additional care through the company’s employee assistance program.
