McGriff hires Lockton exec as risk control director

McGriff, the retail brokerage business of Truist Insurance Holdings Inc., said Thursday it named former Lockton Cos. LLC executive David Larson national risk control director.

Mr. Larson will manage McGriff’s risk control team in the newly created role.

He will be based in Maitland, Florida, and report to Rocco Orlando, national property and casualty leader. 

Mr. Larson most recently led Lockton’s risk control and claim team.
