GIC, Cinven complete acquisition of insurance broker Miller

U.K.-based private equity firm Cinven Ltd. and Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC Private Ltd. have completed the acquisition of Willis Towers Watson PLC’s London-based unit Miller Insurance Services LLP, Asia Insurance Review reported. Miller is a specialist insurance and reinsurance broker that caters to different lines, including marine, energy, credit and political risks, delegated authorities, professional risks, property and casualty.
