BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A Care.com survey report has found half of the surveyed employers are planning to offer new or expanded childcare benefits to their employees in the near future, HR Dive reports. According to the report, majority of employers are aware of the care challenges their workers are facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic and have adjusted benefits accordingly, with 66% planning to offer more work flexibility and 63% to add childcare benefits.
