BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Rotz

The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. said Thursday it has combined its inland marine and builder’s risk businesses and appointed Erin Rotz to lead the new unit.

Ms. Rotz most recently led The Hartford’s construction and inland marine organization in the Western region.

In addition, Lori Montoya has been promoted to underwriting officer for inland marine and builder’s risk. She was most recently construction property underwriting director.

Both Ms. Rotz and Ms. Montoya will continue to work in The Hartford’s Denver regional office, the Thursday statement said.

Ms. Montoya reports to Ms. Rotz, who in turn reports to Adrien Robinson, head of complex casualty, construction and inland marine, according to an email from a spokesman.
