Wisconsin treasurer proposes state-run retirement plan

A task force led by Wisconsin State Treasurer Sarah Godlewski has suggested the formation of a state-run, privately managed retirement savings plan called WisconsinSaves, Chief Investment Officer reported. WisconsinSaves will be an automatic individual retirement account program for employees who don’t have access to an employer-sponsored retirement plan.
