98% of employers planning to expand benefits

The 2021 Future of Benefits Report by Care.com has found 98% of the employers are planning to expand employee benefits in some form amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Fortune reports. The report describes the boost in family care benefits as an “HR awakening”, with 82% of the managers accepting the fact that their organizations have learned about the care challenges their employees have been facing throughout the pandemic.
