A quarter of employees plan to quit post-COVID: Survey
Posted On: Feb. 19, 2021 9:44 AM CSTAn Eagle Hill Consulting LLC survey has found a quarter of millennial employees and working parents are planning to quit their current job post-COVID, Employee Benefit Adviser reports. A majority of surveyed respondents mentioned burnout as the key reason for quitting their job, whereas more than half complained to be struggling from burnout during the COVID-19 pandemic.
