Nearly half of workers suffer mental health issues amid pandemic

A survey has found 46% of full-time U.S. employees dealing with mental health issues amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and 55% of those struggling with such problems complained of having a negative impact on their work, Bizwomen reports. According to the findings, only 22% of baby boomers and 36% of Gen X reported mental health problems, compared to 59% of millennials and 71% of Gen Z respondents.
