Manufacturers suffer pricing, trade problems post Brexit

A survey found that over 65% of small- and medium-sized goods manufacturers in the U.K. have seen negative price changes within their supply chain since Brexit, Cambridge News reported. The survey of around 300 SMEs by U.K-based South West Manufacturing Advisory Service Ltd. and the Manufacturing Growth Programme, a government and European Union-funded initiative, found that 50% of the respondents suffered export and import issues since the start of 2021.
