Estimated losses from windstorm Ciara down by 3%: Perils

Swiss catastrophe data provider Perils AG has decreased its loss estimate for insurers and reinsurers from windstorm Ciara, which hit Europe in February 2020, by 3% at around €1.57 billion ($1.9 billion), Artemis reported. The windstorm resulted in more than 1 million claims across Europe.
