Arch Capital’s profit grows 68% in fourth quarter

Bermuda-based specialty insurer Arch Capital Group Ltd.’s net profit increased over 68% year-on-year to $533 million in the fourth quarter of 2020, The Royal Gazette reported. Its pre-tax current accident year catastrophic losses hit $156.4 million, including $400,000 in Covid-19 related losses.
