Employers plan to educate workers about COVID-19 vaccines

A Midwest Business Group on Health survey has found 71% of employers are planning to educate employees about COVID-19 vaccines, whereas 56% planning to promote vaccine to their workers, Human Resource Executive reports. Apart from vaccine encouragement, the survey also found using benefits, ensuring employees’ engagement in offered programs, along with COVID-19 related initiatives and chronic condition management among top health benefit priorities for employers in 2021.
