RenRe’s revenue grows 26% in fourth quarter

Bermuda-based reinsurer RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.’s total revenues increased 26.2% year-on-year to $1.3 billion in the fourth quarter of 2020, Nasdaq reported. The insurer’s gross premiums written increased by 3.3% to $0.9 billion, driven by 25.8% premium growth in property segment. RenRe has posted 23.1% year-on-year growth in revenues to $5.1 billion for the entire year 2020.
