USI buys Colorado brokerage

USI Insurance Services LLC said Tuesday it has bought Colorado Springs, Colorado-based CB Insurance LLC.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CB Insurance places commercial and personal lines coverage, with specialties in insurance for community associations and surety bonds.

The brokerage has 45 employees and an additional office in Denver.
