6.8-magnitude quake hits Russia-Mongolia Border Region

The U.S. Geological Survey said that a 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck Lake Khovsgol near the Russia-Mongolia border on Jan. 12, RadioFree Europe Radio Liberty reported. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
