Blockchain tech powers Thai Re’s insurer network

Thai Reinsurance PCL has launched a reinsurance smart contract production network called Insurer Network powered by blockchain technology developed by IBM Corp., Silicon Angle reported. The network uses distributed ledger blockchain technology to secure insurance information cryptographically between multiple parties for a tamperproof historical record of documents.
