Lockton snags veteran D&O broker from Gallagher

Lockton Cos. LLC has hired industry veteran and former Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. broker Michele Centeno as senior vice president.
Ms. Centeno will expand Lockton’s expertise in the professional and financial services industry, Lockton said in a statement Thursday.
She will be based in Boca Raton, Florida, and report to Doug Hutcherson, CEO of Lockton’s southeast region, a company spokeswoman said via email.
With 30 years’ experience as a broker and underwriter, Ms. Centeno previously served as senior vice president at Gallagher. She has expertise in large complex risks and specializes in directors and officers liability, representations and warranties, and tax liability policies.
