Amazon-Berkshire Hathaway-JPMorgan JV to close

Heaven Healthcare, a joint venture formed by Amazon.com, Inc., Berkshire Hathaway, Inc., and JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2018, has announced that it is ending its independent operations at the end of February, Insurance News Net reported. The two-year old venture, which aimed to use the combined companies' resources to control costs and improve care for the member companies' employee populations, struggled to find an identity and also reportedly lost financial support and had trouble getting commitments from Amazon.
