Gallagher acquires Texas-based employee benefits broker

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired San Antonio, Texas-based employee benefits broker and consultant PIATX, LLC, San Antonia Business Journal reported. The move will expand Gallagher & Co.’s footprint for small group benefits in Texas.
