Fidelis refuses to support Adani’s coal mine

Bermuda-based Fidelis Insurance Holdings Ltd. has refused to underwrite Adani Group's Carmichael coal mine and rail project in Queensland, Australia, Reinsurance News reported. Fidelis joins 27 other insurers, including Scor SE and Suncorp Group Ltd. that have opted to stay away from the coal project.
