McGriff adds former Willis execs for new real estate, hospitality office

McGriff, a subsidiary of Truist Insurance Holdings Inc., said Wednesday it is expanding its real estate and hospitality practice in its commercial division with the opening of a Manhattan office manned by four veteran executives from Willis Towers Watson PLC.

 

Paul Cicerchia was named executive vice president, Northeast real estate and hospitality practice leader, and Jamie Sharpe was named senior vice president.

 

David Beckley was named senior vice president and marketing account executive and Jonathan Nigro was named vice president.

 

The new Manhattan location will be the first dedicated office in the city for McGriff, which comprises McGriff Insurance Services Inc. and McGriff, Seibels & Williams Inc. Clients of

McGriff’s real estate and hospitality group include private and public institutional owners, management companies, financial institutions, and real estate development companies.

 

Mr. Cicerchia was most recently Northeast real estate and hospitality leader at Willis.

 

Mr. Sharpe was most recently vice president of business development within the Willis hotel and real estate practice. Before that, he was director, global services and solutions – mergers and acquisitions for Willis.

 

Mr. Beckley was most recently senior vice president, client relationship director, real estate and hospitality practice with Willis.

 

Mr. Nigro was most recently client director with Willis.
