Tokio Marine to launch new P&C insurer in Canada
Posted On: Nov. 30, 2020 9:22 AM CSTJapan-based insurer Tokio Marine Holdings Inc. has applied to launch a new property and casualty insurance business in Canada, Reinsurance News reported. The new entity Tokio Marine Canada is expected to commission in the first half of 2022 and will augment its other Canadian operations: Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Canada branch and Lloyd’s operations.
