Artex names Aon exec to North America captives post

Artex Risk Solutions Inc., the captive and alternative risk transfer solutions unit of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has named Aon Cayman Managing Director Adrian Lynch as executive vice president-North America, effective March 2021.
Mr. Lynch will succeed current executive vice president Kevin Heffernan, who is retiring from Artex in March after 15 years with the company.
In the newly expanded role, Mr. Lynch will oversee and develop captive management offices across the United States, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands, Artex said in a statement Thursday.
Mr. Lynch will join Artex after fulfilling his contractual obligations to Aon’s captive and insurance management operations in the Cayman Islands, where he has served as captive strategy leader for the Americas and managing director since 2014, the statement said.
He will report to Jennifer Gallagher, president of Artex North America.
