BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Want to boost employee morale in a time of stagnant, work-from-home lockdowns?

Step one: Appoint a “culture champion,” says London-based Rein4ce, a public relations firm focused on the international insurance and reinsurance markets, in a blog post on Wednesday written by the appointee herself.

As Caitlin Jennings writes, the company has come up with five “tried and tested” ways to boost staff morale — her new job the first protocol.

Other changes include a series of 30-day challenges, from exercises to cooking demos, with each day provided a new activity to complete and share with the team; a weekly Skype meeting — wine optional — to talk about how a week has been and identify challenges or personal struggles; mental health half days to help with productivity; and a “feel-good event for the month.”

“Some of our favorites over the past few months have been a team pizza night, a wine tasting session, and a brilliant gin tasting,” wrote Ms. Jennings.
