Freeze! Nobody move! This is really bad television production planning.

A jewelry heist scene for “NCIS: New Orleans” got real when sheriff’s department officers in neighboring St. Bernard Parish — alerted by a frantic neighboring business owner unaware that gun-toting actors in ski masks were shooting a scene for the crime series — showed up and pointed guns at the actors, who are now suing CBS, according to media reports.

Two actors and the jewelry store owner filed their lawsuit in Los Angeles alleging they were misled into shooting the realistic “guerrilla-style” armed robbery scene at a strip mall without gaining necessary permits or notifying police and neighbors, according to reports on the complaint.

The network, which has not publicly commented on the suit, has filed a motion to dismiss, arguing that the case should have been filed in Louisiana and not California, according to reports.
