Insurance body files business interruption test case

The Insurance Council of Australia has filed a business interruption test case to examine the exclusions of certain infectious diseases in insurance policies, Asia Insurance Review reports. The test case consists of two separate small business claims that were lodged with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority as part of its dispute resolution process.
