MedRisk announces executive changes

MedRisk LLC announced changes to its top leadership roles Friday, with CEO Mike Ryan stepping into the executive chairman role and Ken Martino taking his place as CEO and president.
Mr. Ryan joined King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based MedRisk in 2011 and was appointed president and CEO in 2017. In 2019, he retained his CEO title but promoted Mr. Martino to the role of president.
Shelley Boyce, founder of the workers compensation managed care organization, had been serving as executive chairman.
Mr. Martino, who previously served as CEO of Injured Workers Pharmacy LLC, joined MedRisk in 2018. He will also now serve on the board of directors for the workers comp managed care organization.
