Insurers look to reinsurers after test case verdict

Insurers ordered to pay claims by a U.K. court in the Financial Conduct Authority's business interruption insurance test case are expecting their reinsurers to pay their share, Artemis reports. For example, Bermuda-based Hiscox Group said that it might now face an additional £100 million of business interruption claims from the pandemic.
