Typhoon causes heavy rains, floods in China

A typhoon triggered heavy rains in northeast China, and caused floods as 23 rivers reached the warning level, Xinhua reports. The ministry of water resources said that more heavy rains and floods are expected in parts of Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang.
