Pandemic to boost demand for digital insurance
Posted On: Sep. 7, 2020 10:41 AM CSTA survey found that the majority of insurers in Europe expect demand for digital products and services to increase significantly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Asia Insurance Review reports. The survey by U.S.-based Information Services Group Inc. and India-based Infosys Ltd. also found that 90% of respondents believe the pandemic will accelerate digital innovation in the insurance industry.
