Samsung Electronics bosses charged with fraud

South Korean prosecutors have charged Lee Jae-yong, vice chairman of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., with stock manipulation, breach of trust and other offences, Asian Age reports citing Agence France-Presse. Ten other current and former top Samsung executives have also been charged with alleged illegal activities concerning the merger of subsidiaries Samsung C&T Corp. and Cheil Industries in 2015.
